3. Non-Refundable Situations
- The QR tag has been activated by the user.
- User error during activation, leading to the product malfunction.
- Change of mind after purchase.
4. Timeframe for Refunds
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the refund request is approved. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
